White Paper, which is the early draft of a book, on Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes using primary clinical research. The paper ties together the linkages between the two and follows the
sequelae and their costs. We then look at a
Coasian versus
Pigouvian approach to managing the negative
externalities. Perhaps this may be useful for the economists and opinion writers who have difficulty with the obvious nexus that exists.
