Again and Again and Again

Amazon now is batting less than 50% on its own delivery service. USPS gets 98%, UPS about 80%, FEDEX about 70% but getting something from 15 miles away is always impossible. The problem is not the delay, things happen, but it is the constancy of what they say and what happens is never the truth. Amazon should not tell its customers when it delivers unless the representation has some basis in fact. Their operation here in New Jersey seems in y opinion and based upon my experience to be grossly incompetent. For example, a small item shipped via USPS is getting here a day early. This Amazon delivery will be well over a week, and it did not travel far.

Just imagine is they handled health care, or perhaps DoD's networks? Amazon should at least give you a choice, and if it costs more for USPS so be it. No one can rely upon Amazon deliveries in my opinion.
