Still Out

 Altice finally acknowledged their outage. Worse they blamed everyone else. We have power and telephone but Altice seems clueless on restoral. I built networks through 20 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. My NOC could tell a customer when a restoral was to be made, usually in minutes! They were Czech, great people. Altice appears to be foreign owned and in my opinion does not give a damn. Being in New Jersey the PUC is grossly incompetent. So I fear I will just wander from one hot spot to another. Sorry folks.
