Two years ago today I declared COVID a pandemic. That was more than a month before the rest of the powers that be and well before the Jesuitical Sophist. It was five days after the NEJM noted the outbreak in China. As I write this the Olympics are opening in China, devoid of crowds but demonstrating what a true autocrat can do.
