Six hours later it is still dead in the water. As the NY Times noted about Texas:
Delays, discrepancies and abrupt leaps in coronavirus case and death counts in Texas have baffled residents and frustrated local officials.
This has been a pandemic problem since day one. Fundamentally, Government officials have major handicaps in functioning. Thus is they seem to consistently mess this up, wait till the election and massive mail in screw up. Ballots will be arriving decades late! Watch!
