On February 4, 2020 I wrote a piece on the Corona virus calling it a Pandemic. Now that meant I was aware of this for a week or more and that it was in the medical and public media. No surprise. So there was no secret, no keeping it under wraps. What were all the other folks doing, like those responsible at State and Federal Public Health facilities?
