Our Boston Irish Gov, yes Boston, think Red Sox you Yankee fans, has a Twitter thing that says
Any New Jerseyan (age 21+) who gets their first vaccine dose in the month of May and takes their vaccination card to a participating brewery will receive a free beer.
First I do not drink beer. That is, shall we say, lower class Irish. Second, this is like getting votes in Southie, that wonderful welcoming area in South Boston. Think Whitey Bulger!
This is New Jersey, how about a slice, a full pie, a cannoli, some lasagna, or whatever. But beer!
